Continuous Innovation, Credible Software Release Policy
Credible’s development cycle has evolved over the years to better address our customers’ software requests and requirements quickly and efficiently. Our Senior Account Management and Tech Team meet weekly to discuss customer requests for software upgrades. Credible’s senior management then meets with Account Management and the Tech Team to discuss product innovations, feature enhancements, and new modules. The software release team then schedules customer needs and other product enhancements and publishes an internal schedule that allows Account Managers to accurately forecast improvements with their customers. The Credible Tech team focuses on the new features and passes the new features on to our Quality Testing Group. All features are tested thoroughly before being approved for the final release agenda. Once placed on the schedule, Account Management conducts additional testing and the new release features are communicated to all customers. Each customer is invited to participate in webcasts and calls to review the new features and discuss their Account Manager’s recommendation as to what features will benefit their agency. With each major software release, Credible offers detailed release notes and complimentary webcast tutorials for all users to learn how to use each new feature.

Credible Innovation vs. Industry Software Release
Most software companies in the industry will require you to pay between 12% and 18% of your initial total cost or a “trailing fee” annually in order to utilize their software upgrades. Credible believes that all of our customers should benefit from the latest innovations and the best practices that exist in the industry, without additional out of pocket cost. Thus, Credible has lower initial fees and low monthly subscription fees while still providing constant innovation and new features. When compared to other vendors in the industry, the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for Credible remains lower than the market. For customers in Fee for Service structures, Credible has delivered increased productivity and accuracy providing customers with previously unrealized revenue that more than offsets the investment in Credible Behavioral Health. Moreover, as an additional value added feature, Credible has major software releases quarterly while other software vendors provide only one software release per year.
