Implementation Success
The implementation team at Credible has a rare combination of technical knowledge, clinical expertise, and project management skills. Drawing from our collective knowledge base, we use established best practices to deliver your implementation. We call the process of implementing Credible software, “GoLive.” We collaborate with our Partner’s project management team to ensure a smooth implementation. We divide GoLive into three stages: Discovery, Configuration, and Finalization. During Discovery we learn all we can about how our Partner conducts their business. We walk a mile in their shoes to see how services are delivered to clients and consumers. Configuration is the stage where we take the information gathered from Discovery and begin to shape your site. Finalization is the stage where testing and training takes place in preparation for the first day of using Credible.
Managing the project comes with two clear objectives: Over Simplify; Over Communicate. For each step in GoLive we clarify objectives, assign tasks with deadlines, and chart the progress toward our goals and milestones. Each step is assigned a clear owner, for oversight and accountability. These steps are reviewed each week during a conference call with the emphasis on the expected results from each step. Progress is tracked using our GoLive Online Tool. Each stakeholder in the project has a secure login and password to access that information and obtain an update. Passage from one stage to the next is obtained only after signoffs from both sides affirm all steps have been completed.
