Credible’s new website went live on June 15, 2012. The launch of the new site, which features innovative design, rich video content, and live chat functionality, is part of Credible’s efforts to remain innovative and enhance quality and availability of information to partners and site visitors. Our goal is to provide visitors with an excellent user experience and a comprehensive understanding of Credible’s mission, product offering, and partnership efforts.

The homepage welcomes visitors with easy to use navigation, one-click access to important information, and moving images that highlight Credible’s mission and product benefits. Recent news, featured success stories and videos, request a demo, and newsletter sign-up are all displayed prominently on the homepage.

The website features seven sections about Credible’s history, product benefits, product capabilities, success stories, meaningful use certification, and Partner Conference. Each page provides detailed information on all aspects of Credible. The left hand navigation bar and universal links allow for easy navigation throughout the site.

Two new features of the site include a video gallery and live chat functionality. The video gallery contains partner testimonials and product overview. Videos can be filtered by category. Site visitors can also chat with Credible representatives in real-time through the live chat feature.

The site will be updated on a regular basis with recent news, product launches, new videos, and new success stories. We encourage visitors to sign up for our newsletter, with the first issue being released in July.
